Using Bidkova
Bidkova helps you build, price, and send construction estimates. You're responsible for the estimates you send and the work you agree to. Bidkova is a tool that helps you get it right, not a replacement for your own professional judgment. Always review an estimate before you send it.
Pricing accuracy
We work hard to surface accurate, current supplier prices and to flag the scope other tools forget. But prices change and sources can be wrong. Prices are labeled Live or Estimatedso you know what you're looking at, and you should confirm anything a job hinges on.
Your account
Keep your login secure and don't share it. One subscription covers one user. Don't use Bidkova to break the law, infringe others' rights, or abuse the service (including trying to evade usage limits or trial rules).
Billing
Plans, the free trial, cancellation, and refunds are described on our refund & cancellation policy and pricing pages, which are part of these terms. Annual plans carry a 24-month price lock.
Your content
Your estimates, customers, and uploads are yours. You grant us permission to process them only to provide the service. You can export everything as CSV and PDF anytime, and we handle your data as described in our privacy policy.
The honest limitations
Bidkova is provided “as is.” We'll do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it's error-free, and we're not liable for business decisions you make from its output. That's why the review step and the source links exist. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make a material change, we'll let you know. Continuing to use Bidkova after a change means you accept it.
