You're trusting us with your estimates, your customers, and your payments. Here's how we protect them, no jargon.
Your data is isolated
Every account's data is walled off at the database level, so one contractor can never see another's estimates or customers. Those walls are enforced by the database itself, not just the app. That is the stronger place to enforce them.
Payments never touch our servers
Card details go straight to Stripe, the same payments platform used by millions of businesses. When your customer pays, the money goes directly to your bank through Stripe. Bidkova never holds your funds and never stores card numbers.
Your login is protected
Sign-in is handled by Clerk, a dedicated authentication provider, with support for Google and Apple sign-in and two-factor login. Your phone number is used for account security only. Never sold, never shared, never used for marketing.
Files are scanned and short-lived
Blueprints and photos you upload are virus-scanned, and the links used to display them expire quickly. Documents are flattened to images before the AI reads them, so a malicious file can't smuggle instructions into your estimate.
We watch for problems
Errors are tracked in real time so we catch issues fast, and spending limits cap our own AI usage to protect against runaway costs or abuse. If you ever spot something that looks wrong, email support@bidkova.com.
Your data is yours
Export everything as CSV and PDF anytime, even after you cancel. We keep the pricing patterns that make Bidkova smarter, but they're kept separate from anything that identifies you or your customers.
