What we collect

• Your account details: name, email, phone, and business info.
• The estimates, customers, and files you create or upload.
• How you use the app, so we can fix problems and improve it.
• Payment details, which are handled by Stripe. We never store card numbers.

Your phone number

We collect it for account security and for the SMS notifications you opt into. We never sell it, share it, or use it for marketing.

How we use your data

To run the service: build your estimates, look up live prices, send email, process payments, and support you. We use trusted providers to do this (for example Stripe for payments, Clerk for sign-in, Supabase for storage, Postmark for email, and AI providers to generate and review estimates), and we share only what each one needs to do its job.

The pricing dataset

Bidkova gets smarter as it sees real prices over time. We keep those pricing, regional, and project-type patterns to improve accuracy and build future features, but they're stored separately from anything that identifies you or your customers, so the insight never comes at the cost of your privacy.

Your control

• Export everything as CSV and PDF anytime, even after you cancel.
• Ask us to delete your account and data. Email support@bidkova.com.
• Opt out of SMS notifications whenever you want.
